News item: Upgrading our networks

23rd May 2008

We are pleased to announce that we have just completed a major upgrade of our public network connectivity that has greatly increased in the capacity of all our public services.

Thanks to the professional planning and attention of our development and support teams, the upgrade was completed with virtually no disruption to site visitors and clients.

What this means to users.

Web pages and online information will load faster, and the upgrade means that we have ample capacity to cope with the increasing number of site visitors.

For online registrations and updates the speed at which your files will upload is increased, thus reducing the time required to perform the upload. Our servers will also be able to handle greater numbers of clients uploading simultaneously without any loss of speed.
* The actual speed you experience does of course also depend on the upload and download speeds of your own Internet connection.
